We also collect end-user conversation logs and booking details processed by the AI Assistant. These services are provided by 2734138 ALBERTA INC. (doing business as DASH Echo).

2. How We Use Information (Including Google Calendar Integration)

We use the collected information to provision, configure, and maintain your AI Assistant, handle customer messages, detect fraud or abuse, and send product updates.

Specifically, if you connect your Google Calendar, we access it via the Google Calendar API. Our application uses this integration solely to retrieve free/busy availability slots to prevent scheduling conflicts during client booking requests, and to create, modify, and delete calendar events for appointments booked by your users through the DASH Echo AI Assistant. We do not use your Google Calendar data for any other purpose, including marketing, advertising, or profiling.

3. Google API Limited Use Policy Disclosure

DASH Echo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is shared with third-party infrastructure providers (such as Stripe for payments, OpenAI/Google for AI model inference, and Google Calendar API) solely to execute system services.
